Return Policy

If, for any reason, you're not completely satisfied with your order, here's our return policy:

• Timeframe:

  • You may return your purchase within 5 days of receiving the merchandise for a refund of the purchase price, excluding round trip shipping fees.

• Return Shipping:

  • The return shipping fee is the customer's responsibility and non-refundable. The original shipping fee paid with your order is also non-refundable.

• Condition of Items:

  • To initiate a return, all item(s) must be in new, unused, and original condition, packed in their original boxes with all tags, instructions, and inserts.

• Restocking Fee:

  • A restocking fee of 20% will apply. Items returned damaged or not in their original condition will not be accepted.

• Return Authorization:

  • Contact our customer service to initiate a return or seek assistance with any concerns. Return authorization and instructions will be provided.

• Refund Process:

  • Allow 5 to 10 days following the receipt of the return items for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement. Refunds will be issued to the original method of payment.
