  • Curbside Delivery:

    • Service Area: Anywhere in Canada
    • Description: Items will be delivered to the front door of your house or apartment building. A signature is required.
  • White Glove Delivery & Set-Up:

    • Service Area: Lower Mainland of BC (West Van to Chilliwack)
    • Description: Our team will place your item inside your home or designated spot, and remove packaging. Please contact us for eligibility and a customized quote.
  • Full-Service Delivery & Set-Up:

    • Service Area: Outside Lower Mainland (Whistler, Victoria, Nanaimo, Kelowna, Penticton, Vernon & the Sunshine Coast)
    • Description: Ideal for larger orders, we offer full-service delivery and set-up. Contact us for details and a personalized quote.
  • Shipping Time:

    • In-stock orders are generally shipped the next business day after receiving payment, within the indicated lead time.
  • Shipping Confirmation:

    • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email, and the carrier will call to set up a delivery appointment.
  • Address and Contact Information:

    •  For locations outside BC, consider using a freight depot for cost savings. Ensure accurate contact information to avoid storage fees.
  • Damaged Products during Shipping:

    • We ship via third-party freight companies. If any damage occurs during shipping, the customer is responsible for filing claims directly with the freight company. We're happy to assist in replacing damaged products at no additional charge once the proper claims are filed.

Exceptions

  • Custom Orders:
    • Custom orders, including variations in fabric color, wicker finish, dimensions, upholstery, etc., are non-returnable.

Damages

In the rare event that you receive a damaged or defective item, please follow these steps:

  • Reporting Damages:

    • Contact us immediately.
    • Report any damages within 3 days after receiving the item.
  • Resolution:

    • We strive to replace damaged or defective parts at no charge.
    • If you prefer a return, we offer a replacement.
